One by one, pull each fuse in your fuse box. Check the multimeter after each fuse pull to see when the amperage draw goes away. Once you find the fuse that causes the amperage draw to go away, you at least know what circuit the draw is coming from.

As far as how much of a draw will drag your battery down, depends on how good your battery is. As little as 1/4-1/2 amp draw will drain a marginal battery. If it turns out that you have zero/no draw, then this could just be a poor battery that won’t hold a charge more than a couple days.
