2 people found this helpful. I have a 2012 Ram, Radio wouldn’t play on AM/FM, everything else worked ! If you turn the radio on, put it on FM, turn the volume up a little, then push the phone button you will hear the setup menu start. At any time push the phone button again, the radio will play !!
