Why is the parking light on my Jeep Renegade not working?
So I opened the service hatch/flap in the wheel arch and disconnected the whole lampholder for close inspection. The contacts were bent and the solder bumps on the bulb had large gouges/bits missing. I reset the contacts with pliers and swapped the bulb. So far no errors this week.
Is the left tail light and parking light the same?
(Same Bulbs (2) as the parking Light) left TAIL light, left PARKING light does not turn on when i turn the headlights on with the standard 2 position pull knob on the dash. It only effects the left side of the car. Right side works properly. Check 10 amp fuse in location 7 of fusebox, this is for park lamps on left side.
Where can I get a light bulb for my Jeep Renegade?
Try a bulb from the dealer. Update on this, tried getting a bulb from the dealer and they couldn’t find the part number anywhere even when I handed them the manual and said “look it’s p21/5w.” Waited a week for it to come in because they didn’t have any in stock and when I go to pick it up, sure enough, they ordered the wrong bulb.
Why does my parking light keep going out?
I have a 2015 Renegade trailhawk and am having the same issue. Parking light out then driving light out! GRRRRRR. I have had it to the dealer and to the local shop and it keeps going out.

Where is the lighter located on a Jeep Wrangler?
No I believe the lighter is on fuse 5 in the PDC & is powered through the accessory relay. The relay is controlled from the ignition switch & fuse 3, PDC. If you don’t have a manual with wiring diagrams go here to View them.
Why are the tail lights on my Jeep YJ not working?
If you have the stock tail lights remove the lense and fully inspect the wires and connections and light socket. I had the same problem on a Yj and the problem was corrosion in the tail light housing.
