The pickup could be clogged, that’s what almost always clogged up my old cars after the nozzle clogging. Disconnect the hose at the pump outlet and push the squirt button. If it pumps fluid, the line to the rear is clogged/kinked. My ’00 has both motors connected to the front tank (and how small it is!).
