You must hit the top and bottom of the clip (the center piece of the clip) with a screw driver. I was able to pry the lower ones from under the seat (behind the panel). Once you press on the top and bottom of it, it comes right out. I managed to break one of mine before discovering this, so I’m going to have to get a replacement.

On either side of the captain’s chairs nearest the side doors, you’ll find a reclining lever next to the chair seat. Pull this lever to fold the seat back all the way forward. Release the lever and then pull up the floorboard directly in front of the chair.

Open the tailgate and access the rear bench from behind. Fold the bench back down completely by pulling the lever on the left side of the bench. Pull up the carpeted floorboard directly behind the bench seat. Locate the black strap on the backside of the bench. It is attached at the joint where the base of the bench back meets the bench seat.
Why is my front drivers seat not working?
When somebody moved the seat position, it cut through the wires powering the seat, and in the position it is in I can’t get far enough underneath to repair the wires. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
