Speedohealer v3.0 converts miles to kilometers and vise versa. They should all have both options. That’s kinda the reason that the “US” models have the option as someone said. It’s so Suzuki doesn’t have to manufactur two different guage pods…

How to change units on Suzuki Vitara satnav?
From the Start Screen push the Settings button and you will see an option to change units. Select Imperial and this will also change the settings on the satnav. Hope this helps. Worked for me. Hunted in handbook, no joy.
