Why do we not remove the wheel and turn the axle?
Why do we not remove the wheel and turn the axle? a boy runs across a football field. Why do we not just remove the wheel and turn the axle? Without the wheel, the axle is useless. Turning the axle directly requires too much effort. The axle can not turn on its own. The wheel balances the axle. Why does the rear wheel not go around? Now if I turn to pedals, the chain moves and it drives the sprockets at the back but that's all, the rear wheel doesn't go around with them. I had to get a colleague...
